- The Rider Early Learning Program is a Beginner Level 1 Balance Bike Proficiency Certificate Program.
- Indoor venue with Air-conditioning.
- Suitable for children aged 2 to 4 years
- Bike & Helmet provided for All classes
- Students will receive a Level 1 Certificate and Rider Early Learning Program t-shirt.
- 8 x 1 hour lessons are taught in English

The Kellett School Campus has Implemented the following COVID precautionary protocols – Please call us if you have any questions 60233009.
GREEN – While Hong Kong has no local cases of Covid, we will not require children of school age to do the weekly testing. However, ALL adults (over 17 years) – participants, coaches, staff and parents must either have been double vaccinated (beyond 14 days from 2nd dose) or must have a negative result Covid test within 48 hours of date of access to the school premises. This is in line with the School Policy for our own parents who seek access to the school for any purpose.
AMBER – if there is any occurrence of local Covid infections then the school policy will revert to ALL individuals regardless of age, seeking access to the school, must either be double vaccinated or have a negative Covid test result within 48 hours prior to attending the campus.
RED – if there a resurgence of COVID cases within HK, the School will suspend all lettings.
The School Management will decide on whether the status is GREEN, AMBER or RED. It is currently GREEN. That means no need for your young participants to test but any accompanying/collecting adults will need to be double vaccinated or have negative covid test results within 48 hours of coming to the school.
